La Quinta by Wyndham Houston New Caney

Location can't be beat. I travelled into mid to south Houston daily. This location was good to access the 610 Loop or continue via 59/69. Housekeeping was clean, orderly and fast. The hot breakfast is always good and appreciated. The staff makes the difference for me. Experienced, friendly, efficient, the front desk personnel have been with this hotel for a long time. I have two experiences where the manager and front desk saved the day for me. I actually left my billfold in my room, checked out and didn't discover my error until I stopped for gas in the next state. They arranged to send the billfold to me promptly. Such a relief. Let me add that the hotel is very convenient to stores.

It’s close to everything in new caney and safety is a must! I am sure I’ll highly recommend it! It’s pet friendly since I am a mother of 9 dogs! Although they didn’t came with me but I’ll make sure my friends are aware! Also it’s extremely clean and everyone is so polite. Thank you so much for having me here more than a week straight PSA there’s coffee available 24/7 for all my coffee addicts like myself. Thank you again

The bed was comfy, and the ac worked very well.

The room is very clean and in order, everything worked... The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.. plenty of towels and they were good quality.

Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many. It was quiet. Pet friendly. Easy and quick access to go in and out with my pet. We weren't charged a deposit or extra fees pet night for our pets, unlike the last hotel we stayed at and will never return which was booked and reviewed on here.
